HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ?

Please Include:

Order number which can be found in order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.
Reason for return.

You have up to 14 business days after receiving your online order to submit your return request. Please note that for any return there could be delays due to our pieces being fully handcrafted. We will assess the request (based on return eligibility).

PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL

Include all original packaging and materials.

 

Our Customer Care Team will send you by email the label to print and put on your return parcel. Please attach it to the package in which the Buyer will return the article(s) in question. Then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location, depending on which label you receive.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review.

 

Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund of your online order will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 5 to 7 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund. Please note, in accordance with our standard procedures, a modest administrative fee equivalent to 15% of the original purchase price will be retained to offset processing and handling costs associated with any returns. This fee is a necessary aspect of our refund policy and will be applied in a consistent manner to all returns. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

EXCHANGE

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

At Alexander Simkin, we are committed to you loving your order. In order to exchange the jewel you purchase on our website, we will have to refund your first order. Indeed, each jewel have a unique certificate number, therefore we are obliged to re-edit an invoice and thus make a new payment. To make an exchange you have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your exchange request. The return costs are free of charges.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BUT IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

If you believe that your package was damaged during delivery by our secure carrier, please indicate this on the delivery note before signing it. To return an order, please contact our Customer Service department using the following email address: contact@alexander-simkin.com or via the “Contact us” page found at the bottom of the website.

I WANT TO SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE DIRECTLY. IF THE RECIPIENT DOESN’T LIKE IT, CAN THE ITEM BE EXCHANGED ?

If the item isn't right for the recipient, please retrieve the package and return it to us (within at most 14 days following receipt) so that you can place a new order.
